According to you he is already with Ali, SRL and SRR because he has beaten Hatton, Cotto, DLH and Mosley. Add to that Pacquiao and Alvarez.

I have him top 5-10. You cant have the greatest defensive fighter of all-time behind top 10.

Probably in the top 20-30 range. What holds him back from being top 10 is his level of opposition & when he fought his best opponents. If he fought & beat Cotto a few years earlier, beat Mosley when he was a bit younger, fought & beat Pacquiao in 2009 or 2010 than he would definitely be in top 10. But there's too many other fighters with better resumes than him.
