    Floyds ATG Status

So the dust has settled and with not much competition out their for Floyd Mayweather where does he seriously stand in the ATG ranks?

For me id have him in the top 10-20 range at this present time, where do most you guys place him?

He loses points for level of opposition but combine his level of skills and length of dominance and he deserves to be top 15

Do you think this was a weak era of fighters or that he should have fought the fighters he did at a better time?

For me obviously cotto before margarito would have been a really good win and taking on margarito back then also would have enhanced his career.

hes probably done enough to deserve a spot in the top 50. somewhere in the 25-30 range. hes undoubtedly a great fighter. there are more than a handful of fighters that are greater tho.

lol this thread's never going to work . . . If we're realistic with eachother (I think Jas said this too before in another thread) . . . none of us can really even make a list of the best fighters ever. . . I mean reaaally! . . We can say who we liked from what we saw of each fighter, but we don't truely know enough about everyone to make an impartial list based on skill and legit resumes and so on and so fourth. . . Unless you happen to be over as 100 years old.
