    Can't disagree.

The atmosphere was crazy, much better than the Pac fight.

Hatton didn't show Floyd any respect at all - and that is the only way anyone will ever beat him.

Someone can turn around and use the argument that Floyd fans praise Floyd for and say that Pac was able limit Floyd's offense and as a result Floyd landed less on Pac than he's landed on many of his past opponents.

You cant praise Floyd for fighting cautious and not taking any risks then bash others for doing the same although Pac didn't fight nearly as cautious as Floyd. He just couldn't set up his usual offense against an opponent who moved as much as Floyd.

Problem with this argument is Floyd is a boxer/counter puncher/defensive specialist that stayed true to his style. Manny, the volume puncher didn't.

The fight was always about which style would win. Manny not fighting to win robbed us of that style matchup. Had he fought with his usual style and really tried to win, Floyd's volume would have increased or he may have lost.

Manny essentially made the same choice many of Floyd's opponents have-lose by shutout/wide UD rather than risk winning and possibly get KO'd.

So, in your expert opinion, as the fight went on, the torn rotator cuff didn't worsten?

Its also kind of hard to fight your usual style against an opponent who's main focus is not letting you get off on him. If 90% of my focus is on not letting you hit me, then I'm going to severely limit your offense. Some fighters such as JMM were willing to let Pac land his in order to land theirs.

There were a few instances where Pac loaded up on shots and when he fired off multi punch combos when he had Floyd against the ropes.

Because he didn't fight wreckless and come in just winging wild punches doesn't mean he didn't try to win. He was up against a defensive genius who is known for making his opponents pay when they miss. Had Pac sold out and got knocked out, the Floydboys would have talked about how ****** Pac was to go in swinging wild like that and how he got KTFO.

JMM has a shorter reach so he had to fight that way to land punches. It wasn't that he was willing to let Pac land. Geez.

Yes, that was when Floyd laid on the ropes. Manny wasn't effective at cutting off the ring. Every time he came in -pop- hook and move out. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

Not punching in volumes IMO means he settled for losing a UD rather than risk a KO win because to do so would mean being countered repeatedly. The punches that hurt the most-the ones you don't see.

FFS, deveel916 Who cares what Floyd fans would've said. You don't develop a fight plan based on comments from fans.

FFS, who said Pac's gameplan was developed based on what fans say?

I'M saying that had Pac went balls to the wall and sold out as you felt he should of done and gotten KO'd or rocked in the process, you would be the first one praising Floyd and bashing Pac.

No, it would've just confirmed my opinion that Manny at his best wasn't good enough to beat Floyd at his. No more, no less.

Prior to the fight, I said Manny was going to keep throwing and that gave him a great chance to win.

he didn't, hence the resounding defeat.
