Not necessarily true. Depends on the degree of the tear. I'm an MRI tech so while people give me a red rep bar for not agreeing with my opinion on boxing, I do know this.

That said, read my post again and see that I think it's just a rematch setup but it's possible that it hampered him. I think floyd outclasses him either way. Should be pretty easy to prove if an MRI shows a rtc tear.

well let's see if Manny has surgery soon. I'm sure you agree that if he really has a trc then he needs surgery. Physical therapy alone won't do the job.....ask any number of MLB pitchers. Surely if he has another fight he needs it.

I have no reason to doubt that his shoulder was injured but I also doubt that it would have made the slightest difference in the outcome of the fight. He claims to have reinjured it in the 3 round but he didn't exactly tear Floyd apart in the first two rounds either. As it makes no difference in the outcome of the fight, I think this information could have been kept under wraps and revealed in a week or two as a matter of course as such things often are. Revealing it at the press conference just makes Pacman look like a sore loser and that is a bad look for him.
