Not necessarily true. Depends on the degree of the tear. I'm an MRI tech so while people give me a red rep bar for not agreeing with my opinion on boxing, I do know this.

That said, read my post again and see that I think it's just a rematch setup but it's possible that it hampered him. I think floyd outclasses him either way. Should be pretty easy to prove if an MRI shows a rtc tear.
