Floyd has a video of him being randomly drug tested where USADA was made to wait 5 hours plus to administer the test to Floyd.

that would be the first and the last video of Floyd being recorded on video for his random drug test by USADA.

anybody can explain why this is?

Can you still sue the offending party after all the fight and everything is done and over with?

What damages penalty can you pursue if you file a lawsuit?
