When USADA used to released the results from Floyd's previous fight, (they don't anymore since they had to destroy his samples for positive tests), He and his opponent would be subjected to 4/5 blood tests, and now you are telling me Pacquiao gets tested 12 times.

i asked some iron workers since they do 365 random testing, they said similar things. i just never seen this kinda attention on drug testing in my life.
