Floyd has a video of him being randomly drug tested where USADA was made to wait 5 hours plus to administer the test to Floyd.

that would be the first and the last video of Floyd being recorded on video for his random drug test by USADA.

anybody can explain why this is?

Which is random?

A. USADA coming at Floyd's residence @1:00pm, waited 5 hours plus to administer the random drug test. Test done @6:30pm

or

B. USADA calling Floyd @1:00pm, informing Floyd that USADA will come @6:15 to administer the random drug test. USADA arrived at Floyd's residence @6:15pm, test done @6:30pm


Some say USADA will release the details of the random drug test after the fight

Details will include (dates test taken, what kind of test performed - urine or blood, and the test result - positive or negative)

I don't have any idea about muricans legal/illegal or justice/injustice sytem so:

Can you still sue the offending party after all the fight and everything is done and over with?

What damages penalty can you pursue if you file a lawsuit?

Random is showing up unannounced what are you suing if all results come back negative

Floyd needed time for the drugs to leave his system. He thought 5 hours would be long enough. He got a positive test, but Haymon took care of it and USADA destroyed the samples

what about the lawsuit?

the penalty for failed drug test what damages or compensation can you ask for if the release of all the results will be after the fight, when everything is done and over with?
