This is not worth the effort but I am saying it anyway.

Clay/Ali faced THREE MONSTERS ,,,,,,two he stopped, Liston and Foreman, and went 2 to 1 with Frazier.

The main fight that meant more than any other fight was the first fight , ALI FRAZIER .

Clay/Ali hunted DOWN any and all threats and wiped them OUT. He fought terribly wicked punchers, and fought slick fast fighters, NO ONE COULD DO ANYTHING WITH HIM until later in life.

JR , floyd jr, has NOT hunted down threats but for the past 10 or 12 years ducked all the threats, now finally he is facing his first after 6 years of ducking.

Jr couldn't carry Clay/Ali's JOCK STRAP

People say Arum only compared Floyd to Ali because it was his job as promoter.. ok then, why has Arum NEVER compared Pacquiao to any of the all time greats ?

During Floyd fight vs Tony Duran on ESPN, Emmanuel Steward said he will go on to be the best ever. Is that also his promoter hat talking ?

People know what time it is, they know deep down Floyd is TBE but they're turned off by his antics, and so they lie to themselves.

Also people tend to romantize anything from the past. Like if it occurred during black and white TV its automatically superior to today.

If Ali was fighting right now, he would be torched for his notorious clinching and holding opponents necks down on the ropes. But because this happened in the 60s, it's now beautiful to watch.

Ali was the clinch god similar to Wladimir. But look at how fans torch Wlad but praise Ali.

Sugar Ray Robinson fought at a time boxers fought like every two weeks against certified bums. Check his boxrec, at least 90 of his opponents have 15+ losses.

If Floyd faces anybody with that record, would he be praised like Robinson or torched.

Like I said, people just love anything that's old. For example there's folks who say 80s movies were the best and everything today sucks. Same with boxing.

If there was a book written called How To Box, Floyd would be the only fighter needed to study. He is the closest thing to perfection you'll ever see in an athlete. And he's dominating at an age where Ali, Leonard and those guys were already finished.

So just bring these old fighters back today and wonder what people would say

              Ali the clincher
              Leonard the runner
              Duran the flat footed plodder

That's what you would hear. 20 years from now Floyd's greatness will be truly appreciated.

Yes, Floyd Jr. is better than Ali. I'll repeat what I've said before: Watch their fights (throughout their careers). Once you've done so, you'll know that Floyd Jr. is better, and if you are objective, you'll also wonder why Ali is thought of so highly (given his ring antics and level of competition).

"and if youre objective" how ironic u talking about that when ure clearly a fanboy. gtfoh. We live in a generation where kids like you think they're special and everything that happens on 2000+ is #awesome. Boxing has been around for centuries, it didnt started when u were born, ******.

Who in Floyds resume can match Frazier, Foreman and Liston?
Victor Ortiz? robert guerrero? Maidana? ahahahahahahh. This forum is full of fanboys
