He would be in the mix but don't think he beats Wlad.

Nothing really, I was just bashing the old man who thinks Fitzsimmons is greater than Ali.

If anything the guy is more of a nostalgic boxing fan than any of us here.

How can he watch a Fitzsimmons fight and proclaim Fitzsimmons as the best?

Ali would beat Vlad. Ali was much too athletic for Vlad. We are talking about a guy that in his past prime state beat the great George foreman. I'm confident he'd beat Vlad.

The Klitschkos against this level of athleticism

            Vitali vs Fraizer

Ali would give them a good fight but he's too small.

            and lamon brewster was not?

i'm not going to even get into the sentence that follows that one.

I don't rate Foreman very highly, what did he have really other than being big and being able to hit hard and Wlad has always found ways to beat smaller more athletic fighter like Jennings, Byrd, Haye. Someone like young Tyson stylistically would be a nightmare for Wlad. I don't think Wlad makes it out of the first with him but kos Ali late.

None of those guys are even close to what Ali was. And Foreman was a monster. I dunno how u don't rate the guy high. When Ali beat him, he was running through everything that even sniffed the heavyweight division. And tbh, he was a more capable heavyweight than Vlad.

That term doesn't work for you.
But he didn't face the other #1 p4p when it mattered which tained his legacy

Plus heavyweight has always been the most historically significant division, the other divisions are basically like the special Olympics!

The term does work because it was so common back then and now there is an avid search for the great black hope to beat Kovalev, Wlad and GGG

Same could be said for Wlad as it relates to who Ali fought and lol no Foreman was not more capable than Wlad that is just silly because if he was he would have stayed on top longer, Foreman was pretty crude actually.

Crude in comparison to what? Jab, JAb, straight right, hold when they get close? Vlad is an at heavyweight but his style isn't exactly sophisticated. I'm pretty confident a prime Foreman would knock Vlad out. Just sayin.
