I also think Foreman beats Wlad but I go on styles rather than weight for example I think Lennox beats Ali because Ali has zero inside game that doesn't mean I think Lennox beats Foreman or Frazier, Haye, Adamek, Cunningham, Povetkin, Glazkov, Perez, Stiverne, Takam, Arreola, Chisora, Ruiz Jr, Chagaev, Jennings are all competitive or have been competitive in todays HW division at the top level. I'd wager that Wlad is the only guy that could beat all of them. They are all 6, 3 or shorter.
The only heavyweights today that are in the shape that a top heavyweight should be in (losing the fat etc) are Wlad, Haye (if he is still fighting), Cunningham, Wilder etc. You could cut 10-20lbs of some of the fat Heavyweights today and be left with a Heavyweight who is in better shape and stronger that the previous version.

Ali lost fights because he fought tremendous competition (and fought several years too long)
Foreman, Frazier, Ali and Norton could all barely even box by comparison, and these guys were the ****ing CHAMPS for Christ sake!
Ali lost fights because he simply wasn't very good either.

We are talking about clinching. Specifically Wlad vs Ali clinching

Nobody has fought more decent opponents than Wlad all up now.
Now era non-specific, you may say that the quality of Ali's opponents as boxers was high, but that's only if you consider sub 200 opponents as comparable to those of Wlads!
Ali's modern era hw record is 28-5!'
And this is before we consider how crappy the GOOD opponents were and how padded their records were compared with Wlads opponents.
All things considered it's probably fair to say that Wladimir's quality of opposition is approximately 100x better than what Ali had!
They don't even play in the same league.
Just LOOK at them!
We also discussed the proven scientific studies that top athletes today are not any more athletic on average than they were even 80 years ago. Most of the advancements in modern athletics have very little to do with the athlete and everything to do with modern technology.
If size were all the mattered Haye would have lost to Valuev, but there are plenty absolutely plenty of guys that don't know how to use their size. Wlad happens to know how to do it. You think that once a guy surpasses the 220 mark they are somehow untouchable. There is a difference between a great athlete and a great boxer, Jennings is a great athlete.
