A lot of these fights you listed are guys in different weight classes. The same is true in the UFC - if a guy doesn't want to move up in weight he doesn't have to. Bad examples.

Obviously the fights in the same division that don't happen are extremely annoying, Cotto vs GGG and Kovalev vs Stevenson. The other fights are going to happen eventually (Wilder vs Klitschko vs Fury).

HBO calls the shots. GGG will take a step aside fee because HBO will twist his arm. If either Cotto/Canelo fight GGG after its a far bigger fight then and its definitely a huge PPV at that point. Saw this coming a mile away!
