This will not likely hold up well for Ariza in court. Keep in mind you can file a defamation suit over anything.

The reasons why he doesn't work for me anymore is because I think he's a little shady, you know. All Roach said was that he was shady and giving him drinks. He never explicitly accused Ariza of giving Pacquiao steroids or PED's. Those drinks could have been anything, and because Roach didn't know what it was he was worried for Pacquiao.

To me this is just a pretty sad attempt to gain some kind of competitive edge prior to the fight by distracting Pacquiao.
