Wasn't this suit filed last year, long before anyone knew Floyd and Pacquiao would even settle an agreement to fight? I find it hard to believe that Floyd would be able to carefully articulate a plan that would take so many outside elements to perfectly align in order to properly execute it... A year and a couple months later. I mean, the guy can't even read Harry Potter for fcks sake
