No it's not, Shut the **** up. There are people who look like monkeys. Black, white, hispanic, asian, etc. Adonis Stevenson does look like a monkey with his facial symmetry and it has nothing to do with skin color.

I disagree, mainly just because I see how racist russian soccer fans are towards black players. Even ones on their local futbol club. This has been a problem for many years and is not getting any better which is why I disagree that this isn't a problem in Slavic countries. Europe is very segregated, because of this they've been able to hide this issue but with a more globalized world you're seeing this problem more and more.

Yea that's ironically how it often turns out...The countries with the least colonial history (Ireland, Russia, Eastern Europe) are often the most racist towards others where as the ones with the most colonial history (Britain, France, Netherlands etc) are the least racist in the modern time period....The exceptions of this rule being Spain and Portugal which were both heavily involved in colonialism and are still known to be pretty racist places in Europe...

Israel is a prime example of this....
