This is why I blame him and Duva. Kov knows this, so he shouldn't have agreed to let duva ask WBC to make him the mando.
Kovalev is the fighter and Duva is the promoter. When it comes to the business side of it, he's going to be following her advice, not the other way round.

Now we hear about him ducking Stevenson, one of the hardest punchers in the division smh.

He's been KO'd in the amateurs, confirmed to have been dropped by GGG in sparring, dropped hard by Boone, even Pascal was rocking him.

KO'd despite having protective head gear.

Pascal backing him up whenever he landed and rocked him a few times. Keep in mind Jean Pascal has had 1 KO victory in the past 6 years

Every time I see him get hit he's dropping his hands or backing up, but nobody he fights has the power to really make him suffer.
      Didnt Boone ktfo Stevenson?

Kovalev is the employer, Duva the employee-her job is to get the fights Kov and his team ask her to get.

Sorry, dude. Kov has to wear this too. No way duva asks for the mando clause or pulls out of purse bid without checking first.

Kovalev is the employer lol? I dont know where you get that from, the promoter has final say on who their fighter fights. This is common knowledge. Unless you have Haymon as a manager, then he has final say. Its all in the contract.

That's why when Pacquaio says he leaves it up to his promoter, he really means he has no say.

This 100% duva's doing, Kovalev is her only leverage with HBO. She's looking out for her companies best interest rather than Kovalev's this is pretty obvious.

Most likely thing is that the new contract Duva negotiated with HBO won't allow Kovalev to fight anywhere but with them.

It looks like Duva screwed things up by assuming that GYM would want to negotiate with her. Instead, they just applied for the purse bids straight away.

The headgear affects the absorption of energy from the skull, padding will inhibit the travel of energy lmao.

All I see are excuses, this is pathetic. Kan Krusher lmao.

Fonfara would actually be one of the hardest punchers Kovalev has ever faced, he actually KO's guys at LHW.

                    Beterbiev beats Stevenson and Kovalev.

More like 2. I seem to remember Jean knocking down Hopkins a couple times. Bernard must have a glass chin and garbage defense doe.

At this point all we have are a few clueless morons knee jerking about purse split negotiations they know nothing about.
