Khan's career best win came over four years ago against Marcos Maidana. Since then he has not secured a win anywhere near as good as Brook's win over Shawn Porter. So when I hear Khan saying he's paid his dues or whatever and doesn't need to fight the champion Brook, I find myself scratching my head and asking myself where the big accomplishments are.

Khan has not accomplished anything at welterweight. His best win is against Alexander who lost to Porter who then lost to Brook.
