    Bruno got knocked over early.

See Tyson's eyes at the face-off just before? He looked into Bruno's eyes and saw wild animals, and you could see Tyson knew he was going to lose there and then because he hadn't prepared right and more so because his heart wasn't in the game and here was a guy who's eyes contained wild animals - and there was no hiding place. But he caught Bruno early, otherwise Bruno would of won.

Tyson was a shadow of his former self when he left Rooney after the Spinks fight.

Mike Tyson was a bully, and when a guy who was skilled stood up to him, he got his ass beat, end of story.

Tyson was done, you knew he would lose sooner or later.

All the excuses in the world won't change the fact he got his ass beat that night. Tyson believed his own BS and it was the start to the end of 'Iron Mike'. The top 5 excuses he lost.
              Don King.
              No Rooney
              No training
              Robin divorcing him
              Cuss died
              Etc
Fact is Douglas fought a great fight that night. A great strategy used to perfection. Douglas never let Tyson set up. When he tried to Buster kept him off balance with a hard jab followed by good movement and tons of overhand rights.
Watch that fight again, look at the beating Tyson took and like him or not it makes you respect his chin. It was also the last time he showed any heart.

Dude ... you are using too much energy evaluating a fight from 15 years ago.

Plus, you're wrong. Buster fought a nice fight. "he could of beat anyone in history", is just exaggerated speculation and impossible to prove or disprove.

Buster Douglas was probably one of the shorest reigning heavyweight champs ever, he won it from tyson, and lost it to Holyfield in his next fight as champ, Tyson wasn't on form that night, I don't think he was overrated, or underrated, IMO he didn't deserve to be rated at all.

WTF are u talking about? lol!!

To say Tyson got lucky is a ridiculous comment.

Wild animals?? Tyson knew he was going to lose??
He knocked down Bruno early, that wasnt luck. Neither were the punches that finished the fight, nor the rematch.

Both times Tyson was nowhere near his best and he TKO'd him twice.

                      Dont make fantasy excuses.
