Yup, he said that he didnt want to fight such a bore of a fighter in Ward. Froch been said he didnt want to fight. With that being said Ward really doesnt want to travel im not buying that either, sorry.Comment

No, it would most likely be in AC where Kov and Main Events have established somewhat of a homebase. When you're the B side you don't get it when and where you want it.
Take Kovalev, if the champ rematches Pascal, it'll be Pascal's choice of venue because he is the ticket-seller. Kovalev could turn it down but it would be his financial loss (he wouldn't be that silly).Comment

Well that's disappointing. I guess the original sources were correct, Team Froch cut off negotiations and the WBA stripped Froch. Now Ward has to keep begging these cowards for a fight. Damn shame.Comment

It would be at the Bell Centre in front of 20,000 on Canadian PPV, same as the first fight. The biggest crowd Kovalev has done in AC as the A side is 1,600.
Kova-Hopkins was 8,000 as a B-side in front of crowd chanting B-Hop.
Kovalev already was the champ before the first fight remember, but he was still the B side just like Ward is in the Froch fight.Comment

So you're saying the WBA stripped Froch and then literally a couple of hours later, Ward secured a date and venue out of the blue for his next fight?
Mate, Ward has been planning to fight in Oakland this whole time. Stop talking ****. He was never coming to England to fight Froch.Comment

That would make sense if he announced an opponent or even a network. All he did was announce a venue and date which is akin to putting a hold down on a venue like Hearn did for June 13 with Wembley. That takes a few hours to accomplish. So you're saying the WBA stripped Froch and then literally a couple of hours later, Ward secured a date and venue out of the blue for his next fight?

Hearn has had that booked for months. Much like Ward has had this booked. He was never coming to England. Froch was right - all hot air from Andre.Comment
