As an example a LW champ fights a WW champ at 140 pounds , its a CW .
The fight was at 147, Oscar weight crap because he cherrypicked and was severely drained of his own accord. Pacman didn't choose DLH.

The sad part of this story is, it is not even dela hoya fans who's complaining.

      It's the floyd fans.

Floyd fans so insecure about their idol's achievement, they are discrediting any and all boxer who they perceived surpasses that of Floyd's.

when the first attempt of Floyd SR having a child failed, he was heard screaming "I can't breed, I can't breed!".

Floyd fans just can't get enough of the embarrassment.

who could blame them, Floyd left them out in the dark for not releasing any statement so they are lost and confuse.

to be relevant they have to regurgitate old issues. even if it was a dela hoya fans issues

No, he didn't. And even if he had, Pacquiao at that point in time has zero say so against Oscar De La Hoya. Oscar wanted it at 147 because he wanted to justify the cherry pick.

In Oscar's case, they got rid of the ones that made Oscar look bad in sparring.
