When i think of possible opponents for Wilder I firstly think guys like Fury, Wlad, Haye or even Anthony Joshua. I had completely overlooked guys like TT.

But now TT has called him out, im thinking, yes, why not? I see it as a kind of good warm up fight before facing Fury, or Wlad. TT was kinda off my radar.

TT doesn't seem to be outstanding in any particular department, but I remember Wlad saying he rated TT when mentioning his toughest opponents, so im sure TT would have something to offer even now.

If he's not fighting Fury next then this would be a great warm up for big long guys like Fury and Wlad. Always will continue to help legitimize him because Tony can crack so this could be alot tougher then Stiverne.

wilder really had a coming out party against stiverne so I have to give him credit for that but I think he would beat Thompson. I'd like to see Thompson & arreola go at it with the winner getting a shot down the road. too be honest I think it will be povetkin, fury or wlad dethroning wilder...

arreola doesnt even come close to deserving a shot for a runner up fight. hes a fat lazy slob and has lost every time hes stepped up. ticks me off when fighters get paid so well and cant even get in shape

Uhh, Price didn't "nap" against you? He was stopped on his feet?

Now, on the other hand, Tony, your lanky black ass DID LITERALLY "go to sleep" against Wladimir.

Hahah, you were snoring in the EXACT SAME POSITION both times! With your head resting on your arm as a pillow!

He's 43 years old and pretty irrelevant. He would be ***in ******ed to turn down a fight like this.

It doesn't make him a "ring warrior"

TT has experience fighting guys 6'5" and taller.....DW is not used to that change of pace (punches are slower the higher you throw them). Plus those wild punches when he had Stiverne hurt showed me that I doubt if he can hurt TT. Wlad may be shot (he's just tall and hard to reach), but that right hand is straight and powerful (the only kind of punch that puts TT out). I can see TT's skill level and patience having DW in trouble late and winning a decision (or getting robbed).

                      Agreed on all counts.

Thompson is a better boxer. The only thing Wilder has is youth and athleticism.
