Marquez would clearly bring the highest reward out of any of the fighters you just mentioned.

You can't get props by beating a 41 yr. old man, who lost to Bradley. But you can make A LOT of money! So if you want money, fight Marquez, if you want to be respected as an elite WW, fight Thurman. If Brook wants the winner of May vs. Pac, he needs to beat Thurman. Same can be said for Amir Khan, if he wants next, beat Thurman!

That's what reward is....money. And Marquez is also the biggest name so Brook will become a bigger name by beating him.

I understand Brook taking the bigger money fight since Khan will not fight. JMM did lose to Bradley so I don't see why Brook would fight the 4th best ww who IMO he is currently ahead of.

Rather than JMM, I would love to see Thurman fight Brook as an "eliminator" to see who would be the #1 contender for the Floyd/Manny winner.

JMM's knees are done because of the PED's.
Look it up. PED and steroid use cause joint pain and a greater likelihood of knee injury. steroids can damage ligaments and tendons.

JMM hasn't done anything since KTFO6 in 2012. He took that win and has to live with the consequences of the PED use.

Only certain anabolic steroids cause joint issues, things like testosterone come with no joint related problems.

JMM is a respectable name however, but a old old man, no way cud he beat someone fresh and young as Brook

Its no different from Barrera vs Khan

While even a old version of JMM is a step up from the likes of Rios, however it will not be a very competitive fight
