    That is absolutely true for power lifters and even bodybuilders who train extremely heavy, year round.

    Marquez isn't going to be lifting weight heavy enough, and certainly not for a long enough time period, to be doing that kind of damage to his joints or ligaments.

        Again, let's assume your point regarding org rankings, but then why care about their belts? Surely, Brook was mandatory for one before winning their belt.
