He could still fight GGG, who is already scheduled to fight someone at the same or even lower level than Heiland. He's a MW champion too what's the difference?

He is a top rated MW with belts but Cotto is the lineal champion. The difference is GGG has stated his intent and interest in fighting Cotto many times but Cotto statements are ambiguous in regards to fighting GGG. If Cotto stated his willingness to fight GGG they both could be fighting each other instead of the opponents they are going to fight.

On another note, Beater of Ass is probably the best Cotto defender I've ever encountered. I don't mean that in a bad way either. He has most bases covered, isn't disrespectful and debates pretty well. Hands down probably the fairest Cotto tard on NSB. Buying you a beer sir.

However, as much as some want to call me a Cotto Hater, what exactly does Beater of Ass and BigJavi fall under? Cotto Lovers?

What's worst? Is being a Cotto Hater worst than being a Cotto Lover? Not sure about that one.

lolol I've thought of that myself. Someone from his camp or something. Would be the only way to actually explain the lengths they go to. That or they are just SUPER HARD CORE COTTO FANS. If it's the latter, it's even more interesting to me because well, Cotto has a few losses already. They can't actually believe he's better than Floyd, Pac, Trout, etc. Yet, they are still loyal to him. It's why I always come back to saying this is all purely tribal/nationalistic.

When someone posts negative comments about Miguel Cotto you tend to quickly come to his defense. Fair enough? I think that's a fair assessment of your behavior on NSB. The thing is, I'm PR myself but those 2 guys take it to another level. I use to be a big Cotto fan and supporter myself but his diva attitude and the way he handled the Canelo negotiations turned me off.

Lets also not act as if his upcoming deal with Roc Nation had nothing to do with Cotto stalling the negotiations.

@ Bardock I clearly stated he tried to fight in early December but Freddie was training Manny for Aligieri in November. THEN late Jan they started the talks with Canelo and he ran off with his tail between his legs.
