they dont need to push pac and have him war it out in sparring. what they need to do is slow down the sparring and work more on what to do, etc. im not saying to not spar at all. im saying they need to tone it down on it.

For one, I hope that there are no injuries and that is the real reason for this. Secondly, if its not broke, why fix it? Meaning, have they used this approach in the past? If they have not, why would you risk by changing that aspect of his camp? This is the biggest fight of his life.

I get what Roach is saying. Sparring can take something out of you so its best not to overdo it ...... but that is the closest thing to mimicking what will happen come May 2nd. For one, Manny does not train year round, so this is the time to do it ..... and like I said before, if that was his approach before(more sparring), maybe that is what helps him prepare well to go the full 12 rounds at a high work rate.

I hope Manny comes in healthy and is ready for 12 hard rounds. I feel that Floyd usually takes over the 2nd part of his fights in part because his opponent usually come in not as good or I should say, ring ready shape.

Heard Drago's manager was Haymon. He paid all those available sparring partner not to spar with Rocky.

Yes I admit pac has no inside game. Never has. He makes plenty of mistakes in the ring but only marquez was able to figure him out, after 4 fights. My point is he down talks anybody associated with pac for no good reason. Maybe u didn't catch our convo, but if pac had all these so called flaws, and makes all these mistakes he's always talking about, then how has he made it through this far, alrdy being considered at ATG, and his career isn't even done yet. Thats why I call him a *****. I love both fighters, I hate both over the top fanboys.

Mayweather started sparring early, probably has more than 200 rounds recorded at 5 minutes a round, with ten different spar mates. That's obsessive, I don't know how he can spar that much and not overtrain, unless he uses something, at his age he defies logic, even b Hopkins doesn't spar that much at his age.
Freddies concerned Manny will become disinterested facing slick boxers emulating Floyd in training.....

Having a long amatuer career can shorten your pro career, as can too much sparring i would imagine. Didnt Terry Norris spar too much and it shortened his career or something.?
