Despite what so many on here say, Roach is a hell of a trainer. HOF trainer. Still... I don't know that I believe a word he says. Both camps are 'leaking' out info about sparring and strategy, etc.... These guys are to smart for that bs.

If you understand the principles behind the 'art of war', then you should know that most of what you read about what is going on with both camps is probably not what is really going on lol.

common sense tells u that if he looked good vs algieri after doing rounds that he likely needs to stay with that..and if u saw his body coming into camp compared to floyd's u would say he's getting ready whereas floyd stays ready..

i'm just waiting until this is used as an excuse like we know it will be

the excuse will be we didnt spar b/c of calf issues...well likely the calf issue is from dehydration and him cutting weight instead of staying ready and eating/hydrating comfortably..he is 36 that body aint supposed to be out of shape if he wants to be at a high level
