Stevenson is saying the right things, hopefully the fight happens. It's the most lucrative fight for both guys so there's no reason why it shouldn't go down.

I thought he can't work with HBO.

For sure this would be a blockbuster in Montreal. That's the place where these guys have been fighting in.

An unabashed Danny Garcia supporter calling Golovkin a fraud? That's a good one. Meanwhile, Garcia was beat up and outclassed by feather-fisted Mauricio Herrera, left his balls in Puerto Rico and took on top 100 contender Hot Rod Salsa.
Is that you Angel, you little Puerto Rican pitbull!

Don't forget the same people contradict themselves by coming up with excuses when Golovkin makes the same comments as Andrade.

well,,,its kinda more understandable with ggg as ward has lost a lot of luster with his inactivity. the fight would be more lucrative if ward won a good fight or two impressively to show hes still to be reckoned with

I don't see that as an excuse considering Golovkin has fought Stevens, Rubio, and is fighting Willie Monroe jr next. None of those fighters have the appeal of Ward whether he's been active or not.

But the real point is that his reasoning is no different from Andrade's.
