I mean if papers were signed, the rules are right in front of both parties.

So many ******s in this thread.
The fact is, the $5 Million that Pacquiao is demanding that Mayweather pays him once he (Floyd) fails a blood test, is in ADDITION to to any penalties (money and 4 year banning, etc.) that both fighter have already agreed on. This is a fact.
Another fact is that $5 million may be nothing to Floyd and Manny (and also nothing compared to the money that Pacquiao will get once he sues Floyd after Floyd has been caught using PEDs) but it is a lot from the point of view of the charities that Pacquiao supports.
Repeat: The $5 million is IN ADDITION TO the already agreed upon financial and ban penalties. And yes, the $5 million that Floyd would have had to pay Pac would mean a lot to Pacquiao's charities, though nothing for Manny who just impulsively bought a $12 million mansion in cash.
