Cant trust Tygart and USADA when it comes to boxing, VADA scares the hell out of the TMT team.

because if fight is cancel from either one testing positive you can sue for the purse you was guaranteed to make instead of what is written in an binding agreement why settle for 5mil or 20 mil when you can sue for the 80mil or 120mil you was suppose to getThese guys keep talking about how they are going to pursue Pac if he fails a test. How about if Mayweather fails a test? How come people just can't say, they signed an agreement that says that if either fighter fails, it will kill the fight, come with a 4 year ban and a 20 million dollar penalty?
They keep intentionally dodging the amount of the penalty and yesterday, the talk was all about a 4 year ban, no mention of a penalty at all....but today a mysterious penalty is in play and no one knows how much it is and it seems to only apply to Pacquiao. This whole schit is shady, just like the rest of Hymen's ventures........this fight isn't happening.....Floyd is working on a way to get out of the fight.Comment

The same vada that let the Rios vs pac fight carry on after rios had already failed a test? Vada just like usada can't stop fight from proceeding only the commission, one of fighters or promoter can with the contract that manny and floyd signed for the testing of this fight if one of them tests positive fight is automatically called off then the litigation can begin for whoever test positive to be paying other fighter purse basicallyComment

History lesson:
This marks the latest in a series of mishaps and misunderstandings regarding WBO welterweight champ Tim Bradley and his desire to fight on a level anti-doping playing field.
In late January, Bradley and Pacquiao agreed to meet in a rematch. As part of the agreement, Bradley announced that both men had agreed to undergo testing by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA). Bradley’s undergone VADA testing, which sets the highest standard in sport with its strict anti-doping protocols, for his last two fights. Pacquiao underwent the VADA process in his last fight versus Brandon Rios, whose fight night sample tested positive for DMAA, a banned stimulant.
However, by early February, Bradley announced that the testing issue had hit a snag. Much like his last fight versus Juan Manuel Marquez, it would appear that Top Rank Promotions founder Bob Arum and the Nevada State Athletic Commission have decided to handle the anti-doping tests being sought after by Bradley and agreed to by Pacquiao. Arum will pay for it and once again, Nevada appears to be willing to pay lip service to the idea that it can and will conduct testing on the level of VADA. The last time the NSAC claimed such, it turned out to be untrue. They didn’t conduct Carbon Isotope Ratio testing on every sample the way VADA does.

Yea I don't know what's hard to understand if you agree to the 5mil fine manny and koncz requested for a positive test then you can't then turn around and sue for something you was already payed for why settle for 5mil when you can get your purse you was guaranteedComment

Im confused, my comphrehension is that Mannys side wanted ONLY a 5 mil penalty for a positive test. Mayweathers side didnt want to sign because they can sue for more than 5 mil and vice versa. Not sure who asked for a 4 yr ban but since they are never handed out maybe that was an agreement Koncz didnt advise Manny on.
regardless Floyd not signing for a 5 mil penalty if he is doping makes zero sense. Id rather pay 5 mil than 50 mil with a possible ban, and these rules apply to both fighters, so......
A. 5 mil penalty for a positive test
B. Undisclosed penalty amount which could be tens of millions, and a 4 year ban
Yep, not taking option A means ur the dirtiest guy in the sportComment

you gotta be dumbest person ever your saying you would rather take 5mil instead of the 80 or 120mil your guaranteed to make? Taking option A you can't turn around and sue for something you was payed for already which would limit your monetary gain from the cancel fight to just the 5mil and not your purse you can sue for....Im confused, my comphrehension is that Mannys side wanted ONLY a 5 mil penalty for a positive test.
