False. Nevada is one of the toughest states on Lidocaine. Most states don't regulate its use at all.

wada code your banned from competition world wide only way you can bypass that if it's not a sanction event so you'll be fighting in a back yard somewhere

Why dey keep saying Manny didnt agree to random drug testing.....dats a lie...He always agreed he just wanted a cut off date.....which kept getting closer to the fight date, in later negotiations.

But according to Paulie, Teddy, Mayweathers and now Boxingscene....He just flat out said no

This **** is real funny. The guy who wouldn't agree to testing is trying to appear as an advocate for testing. The who was an advocate for testing has hired the strength & conditioning coach of the guy who refused testing. The trainer of the guy who refused testing is being sued for "defamation" by the strength & conditioning coach, that "the trainer" accused of giving his guy "suspect shakes." And the fighter who employed the "suspect" strength & conditioning coach, has already sued the other fighter for defamation.

USADA has no power or jurisdiction in Boxing. Notice how they have to run to the commission to even mete out any punishment. Should've just done VADA instead.

To me there is no legitimate argument. We know we're clean. That's why Manny said he would pay $5 million if he tested dirty. Manny was surprised [Mayweather refused]. He can't figure out why they wouldn't agree to it when Floyd is always talking about cleaning up the sport of boxing."

Added Ellerbe: "If Manny Pacquiao tested positive, it is going to cost him a whole lot more than $5 million. All parties signed a contract agreeing to every term. Where has this idiot Koncz been? It sounds like he didn't read the documents they signed. No wonder why his fighter is always confused. It sounds like that idiot is suggesting there's a $5 million price tag if Manny comes up positive. That sounds su****ious. All I know is we welcome random testing as we always have."

Koncz said Pacquiao, who is training at trainer Freddie Roach's Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, California, has so far submitted to two random tests by USADA.

Ellerbe said he was unsure how many times Mayweather has been tested but said he has seen the specimen collectors around Mayweather's Las Vegas gym "three or four times" since he began training for the fight.

So.......if Pac fails a test it's going to cost a "hell of a lot more than 5 mill" but they [Mayweather's team] won't agree to sign any documentation assigning fiduciary responsibility to either party?

Plus, Ellerbe even states that he isn't sure how many times Floyd has been tested though he has seen the testing people "three or four times". When yesterday the report was both parties had been tested two times, with only Pac's testing being confirmed.

Ellerbe doesn't think they should sign the document, even though they have nothing to hide; indicates 2 tests taken one day and 4 tests taken the next, yet it's Pac's team that is su****ious?

Ellerbe needs to listen to the crap he says because he sounds like the idiot here as well as the person trying to hide something. His argument makes no sense at all.

There used to be a time when 2 guys would just get in a ring, beat each other to a pulp, and settle the score. Never to be again!

These guys keep talking about how they are going to pursue Pac if he fails a test. How about if Mayweather fails a test? How come people just can't say, they signed an agreement that says that if either fighter fails, it will kill the fight, come with a 4 year ban and a 20 million dollar penalty?

They keep intentionally dodging the amount of the penalty and yesterday, the talk was all about a 4 year ban, no mention of a penalty at all....but today a mysterious penalty is in play and no one knows how much it is and it seems to only apply to Pacquiao. This whole schit is shady, just like the rest of Hymen's ventures........this fight isn't happening.....Floyd is working on a way to get out of the fight.

Probably why they don't want to invest too much in promoting it....they can just say the fight is so big it doesn't need it when in reality, they know it isn't happening to begin with.
