Lmao Pacquiao thought that he could just get away with a 5mill dollar fine if he tested positive. And all you *******s were acting as Floyd had something to hide, when in actuality there was already a much bigger penal5 in place! Lmaoooooo! Mayweather 1 pac_roid 0Comment

Mayweather would simply take his money from whatever value Pacquiao actually has in his net worth, the the PI going after their tax bill once the courts square everything away to proceed.
Pacquiao would go from the gutter, to the heights of the world, to back on the skids, as he uses his name/face to pay off the balance of what he owes to the government (ala Joe Louis, referee for pro wrestling bouts and smiling casino host with the IRS chasing him down the whole way).Comment

So because there is a potential for upside, how do you know that you would have come close to that upside? Either guy could say, there was a potential upside 100 million dollars on top of the min guarantee with no way to prove that. The fight might not sell as well as they think it will and only generate enough to pay Mayweather, for instance, 10 mill in upside on top of his min guarantee.why come up with a flat penalty when, if someone were to fail a test, the party that didn't fail the test could pretty easily go into a civil courtroom and flatly state 'I've signed a contract that was to guarantee me [x] amount of dollars, with a potential upside of [y] dollars and my opponent's failed test has cost me an opportunity to earn my livelihood. I was well into my camp when the failed test occurred, and I am here to seek monetary damages commensurate with the money that was to be owed to me'.
the contract was hammered out, with every clause and term hashed out over a good amount of time; let the lawyers do their job if the contingency ever comes up.
that's why you have a contract
You think he should be able to sue for the other "potential" 90 million dollars that he wouldn't have gotten anyways? Same thing goes for Pac's side of it too. That's my point, you can try to sue for whatever you want but any potential earnings are hypothetical and mere estimates, the guarantee is the only thing set in stone.Comment

You're about as dumb as the ********** that gave birth to you. Why would he agree to a lesser penalty when he can earn 5x or more of that amount dichead?

just like other Floyd fans you ahve a good reading comprehension. You're a useless troll.
The fact they stop testing 18 days before the fight doesn't mean it wasn't random. The possibility of them being able to come at any time makes it random. It's not as if they told Mosley, hey this is the last time we're going to randomly test you.
I did not question Mosley vs Floyd about its random state but it stops 18 days before the day of the fight. ( which make USADA more su****ious because they know for a fact that mosley was an admitted ped user)
giving them both 18 days of no testing relying on the assumption that they might come at any given time is flawed, heck mosley was a proven ped user.
making you wait 5 hours plus is what i am questioning about it being random
you are right the possibility of them being able to come at any time is random, not being able to test at the same time they came was not random anymoreComment

Same thingIt wasn't a bet though lol it was koncz wanted it in included in initial contract then tried to have it implemented in usada contract it would of limited the monetary gain to just 5mil for the fighters which is why floyd camp and arum rejected it when you can sue for way more in interview arum clarifies it wasn't a bet
You can label it whatever you wantComment

Was that before or after he was afraid of needles?Total troll bait by boxingscene, disgusting.
Pacquiao NEVER refused random drug testing. He just wanted a cut off of a few weeks before the fight for giving blood. No blood taken in the final 2 weeks before a fight - that's it. Random drug testing before that, random urine tests in that 2 weeks, and blood and urine samples given immediately after the fight.
The Mayweathers have won dispite having to settle out of court for defamation. Every major boxing news outlet always parrots the moronic lie that Pacquiao refused random drug testing in 09/10.
Grow. The. F. Up.
