Kontz clearly told ESPN that he again proposed to include the 5 million dollar penalty in with the usada contract which is totally separate from the fighter contract. Kontz told ESPN that he wanted it included with the usada contract which is separate from the fighter contract. They could still sue for violating the fighter contract as well because that stipulation was not in there. Why don't you go read the article on ESPN it explains everything kontz said and Ellerbe was acting really sketchy about it

Yes actually he was asked to produce that email or name his source, and his source was found to be not credible and teddy was admonished for it. Google is a very valuable tool, you can find almost any answer if you actually try instead of just guessing and speculating
