Mayweather has the smartest team in boxing. Ellerbe saw right through that BS. Pacs team is trying to limit liability. Mayweather's team want's NO limits on liability. If Pac comes up dirty TMT will bury him.

Why aren't you understanding the fact that what kontz is talking about right now is adding the 5 million dollar fine along with the usada contract which is completely separate from the fighter contract and Ellerbe still said no. Sounds very fishy to me because that would have just been an additional 5 million dollars on top of what they could sue for breaching the fighter contract. Read the ESPN article it explains the whole thing. Why are none of you Floyd fanatics getting the point

Ellerbe's logic doesn't add up. Team Pac wants to instill a penalty if either fighter test positive and Ellerbe is spinning it in a way that it's a penalty for Manny if he test positive. And how the hell is that su****ious? The more su****ious thing would be to deny a demand like that.

If a fighter were to be caught using peds the result is the fight gets cancelled and the dirty fighter gets banned. Thats the rules as they are.

What Koncz wants is for there to only be a 5 million dollar penalty for a fighter if they should test dirty, no ban, no canceled fight just a 5 million penalty.

Floyd and his team don't want that, they want the full penalty, of getting banned, cancelling the fight, and probably suing them to high heaven and back.

I would like to see USADA stop this fight over a failed test... For f's sake, they didn't stop Morales, their only catch, from continuing with his fight with Garcia.
