Since it seems that most everybody in this thread has the same law degree as Leonard Ellerbe... I would like to know

If somebody does fail a drug test, is there any law or blurb in the contract that requires them to pay a significant amount to the other party that far exceeds $5 million?

Has any other boxer who failed a drug test legally obligated to pay money to the opponent for the failed test?

Simple question, if the penalty in place is a four year ban from boxing in the case of a positive test, wouldn't that be worth more than 5 million dollars for either fighter?

Floyd is clearly scared of failing the test and paying Pac $5 million which is why hes ducking it

Pac is 100% confident that he'll pass so all this bs from Elerbe doesn't even make sense

This is the second time you have posted this exact lecture on what it means to be the B-Side. I could be wrong, as I am often, but I am starting to get the impression that in your own life, you are a B-Side with a boss you hate, playing a role of a good peasant. The only difference between you and Manny being B-Sides is about 80 million dollars.
