Pacquiao wanting to pay $5 mil to come to the fight full of PEDs.

... It's not that simple -- what if the fight doesn't happen because one of the fighters tests positive? That fighter must be held as liable for paying the other one purse, I trust...

hahaha is that your comeback? Now tell me, do you really believe that in case the fight does not push thru for causes other than drug related the parties really intend the 5M penalty as a "limited liability" because this is how you guys are construing this? So, in case there is breach of contract i.e. Pac does not appear on the day of the fight for whatever reason, etc..that 5M would be the limit? That 5M is only by way of penalty in relation to ped use. Now, go back and read the article.Comment

here is another one of the genius where in the article did koncz say they suspect floyd? koncz clearly said they are putting money where their mouth is.how does floyd rejecting the $5mill dollar fine says hes dirty or su****ious. .if hes still getting tested regardless
and i guess pacs team still dont comprehend what B SIDE means.. it means you sit you a$$ down, speak when spoken to.
you dont call ANY shots you are a peasant. beat floyd then you make boss moves.
in 2009 manny requested a $10million fine for violating the contract weight limit and floyd agreed..but that was when this was 50-50
this is not 50-50 no more.
it was ellerbe who keep saying it is su****ious they are su****iousComment

Ellerbe said "they must be worried if they are bringing this up.
what it meant:
planting the seed of su****ion, the people who demanded a penalty of 5 million dollar applicable to both fighters is being suspected by no other than the one who rejected it in the first place and did not make any attempt to counter the request with bigger amount.
Ellerbe said "Essentially what they are trying to do is put a 5 million price tag if Pac tested positive. It is awfully su****ious to me"
What it meant:
again planting su****ion by saying that the 5 million price tag is considered small for being caught with banned substance yet again did not offer any bigger amount of penalty than the 5 million Pac camp requested.
Present your case now HanzComment
