Who cares what Koncz says, didn't Arum already say in the May/Pac press conference that they didn't need that because who ever comes up dirty, the money would be more then 5 mill anyways.

they never paid hush money parties neither party turned over medical records they settle with each paying they own lawyer fees and pacman asking for a public apology which he didn't get and the mayweathers's still say that he was on somethingJust because you can sue somebody for over 5 million dollars doesn't mean you are going to get that much. Mike Tyson sued don king and was only awarded around 20 million, of which he kept half. He was suing for 100 million dollars.
Ellerbe and co. Are still bitter about Floyd having to pay hush money to pacquiao, an 8 figure settlement which is way more than pacquiao and his lawyers were expecting. This was right after pacquiaos lawyers caught wind of 3 failed drug tests that were given by Floyd mayweather allegedly so they filed in court to get the results of the 3 tests and here comes mayweather with a ridiculously large settlement almost right after they were subpoenaed. If that doesn't arouse any of you Floyd semen gurglers' su****ion there is something that is mentally impairing you from using any critical thinking skills, actually in this case you would just need to have any bit of common sense whatsoever to see that the illegal steroid use by Floyd mayweather was covered up by usada who are never known to actually catch athletes failing a drug screen which is why they are the go to guys for Floyd, meanwhile vada which is what Manny uses actually has reported failed drug tests by fighters and they also would cost the fighters a lot less money. Admit the obvious, Floyd is no longer going by the name of money. He will now be known as Floyd "human growth hormone" Mayweather.Comment

i might have missed it but did you answer my question? It's sad and pathetic they havent understood yet that agreeing to the fine would kill any chance of turning around and suing the party that tested positive for more money they should be thinking arum and floyd camp for telling koncz go sit your dumbass in corner why agree to that when we can sue for purse we was suppose to get if fight was to take place
can Floyd sue Pac if it is not in the contract?
what would Floyd sue Pac for?Comment

you mean the mayweathers did not make any public apology?Comment

We have no plan on limiting the liability and damages if Manny tested positive, Ellerbe said. They must be worried if they're bringing this up. Essentially, what they're trying to do is put a $5 million price tag if Manny tested positive. It's awfully su****ious to me.
and from this statement you have deduced that there was unlimited liability and damages clause in the contract?
where in the clip did arum said that there was unlimited liability clause in the contract?
arum just said i told koncz and manny believe me if floyd fails we will collect more than 5 million dollars. it was as a reply to what ellerbe said that they want to collect not they are collecting more than 5 million dollar if Pac fails. it is not in the contract yet
nowhere in both the article and the video clips says categorically that there was an unlimited liability clause on the contract.Comment

It's all just PR...but Pacquiao has just called Mayweather's bluff.
Not sure why people are saying that the $5m would take the place of the ban. Koncz didn't say that at all..Are people just reading Ellerbe's quotes and going from those? Do people think that it's even possible for fighters to decide what punishment is handed out for breaching drug rules? It has nothing to do with them. It's not what Koncz was getting at.
Pac's team is just putting it out there in bold that he's legit about proving he's clean..and asking is Floyd willing to do the same.
Mostly it's just mind games, but Floyd's fans are taking it hard.Comment

You can sue anyone one doesn't have to be written in contract but if the 5mil fine written in there then you can't turn around and sue for more because you have a agreed upon clause alreadyComment

arum already said both sides could get more if one of them test positive.
That's why they didn't agree to the 5 mill penaltyComment

They didn't make a public apology and still accuses him of being on something if they paid anything in that defamation lawsuit like jjsmyth says then pac would of been turned around and sued for breach of contract which he haven't done yet in the 3+ years since case was settled with each side just paying they own lawyer fees that's it the information is on Internet for anyone to look up but people come up with they own storiesComment

HEY let me educate you, since you liked to be schooled so much.We have no plan on limiting the liability and damages if Manny tested positive, Ellerbe said. Pacquiao failing the test will not only get him a 4 year ban, but it will taint the fight and may even get the fight canceled. They can sue for that since this fight is worth close to a billion dollars. Pacquiao test being dirty can also be looked at as ruining the earning potential for this fight. The many articles of offers from Dubai, and experts speculating on how much the fight will generate will cost Pacquiao exponentially more than 5 million dollar you fool.Comment
