I'm sorry but I don't care what Arum says or thinks. I based my opinion on the article here. Both of us have not read the actual contract. The article says Koncz wants the 5M BY WAY OF PENALTY for the fighter who will be found to be using an illegal substance in particular, no more, no less. So, i do not have any reason to construe it as imposing a limited liability or in lieu of all damages which may be incurred in case the fight does not push thru resulting to revenue losses to both parties.
these dudes are idiots if they dont see it that way.Comment

... in case one fighter is found "positive" in the process of drug testing (before or after the fight) the liabilities asked for by the other party must not be limited to a certain amount of money... This is obvious -- let them go to the court...Comment

You are very good at being rude and hopping on my dick when no was even talking to you. Asshole.
I am just tired of the dumb posts constantly generated from these viral cancerous ****s. I been a spectator for 4+ years, made an account last year.. and I am finally tired enough to just keep it 100 about who they and what they are. Winston Churchill appeasing these fools will only get you so far, before they make you their gimp.

for you because you whine like a baby.

The litigation over that 5 million dollar fine if someone failed a test wouldn't be worth the effort.
IDEALLY you would pay the 5 million dollars to the other guy on top of getting sued by whatever business en****** have put money into this but you already know if someone popped dirty they are gonna use that contract as a legally binding contract to weasel out of getting sued more(However successful or unsuccessful that is).
It's not worth the effort for such a small amount(Relatively speaking). Even Bob agrees. Time to go to bed everyone.Comment
