It's sad and pathetic they havent understood yet that agreeing to the fine would kill any chance of turning around and suing the party that tested positive for more money they should be thinking arum and floyd camp for telling koncz go sit your dumbass in corner why agree to that when we can sue for purse we was suppose to get if fight was to take place

Damn EVEN THIS DOLT who is a RIOS FANBOY shows that he can actually put his small IQ to work and make a logical post.let me break it down for you simple fools with no reading comprehension
Team Pacquaio wanted to implement a $5 million dollar penalty for a failed Test. Team Mayweather turned it down with the mindset that Team Pacquaio is trying to nullify the actual consequences that comes with a failed test from USADA (like that even matters but thats another conversation).
Team Pacquaio at no point ever said that the $5 million was to replace the standard USADA penalty but was more so to add on to the penalty. Team Pacquaio are from the mindset if you have absolutely nothing to hide then a simple cash penalty would be a non issue.
Essentially all we have here is a PR chess game, Team Pacquaio trying to make it look like Team Mayweather has something to hide by denying the request, and Team Mayweather are trying to flip this lil PR attack back on Team Pacquaio making them look like they are trying to replace the USADA penalty with their own cash penalty instead (which is not the case) as to say Team Pacquaio is worried about getting caught and banned form boxing. So no one really checkmate'd anyone, if anything Team Pacquaio will go for the stalemate as they have nothing to support their request and Team Mayweather have the contracts on their side. So no one really won this battle both subtly accused each other of the exact same thing.
Rath you need to STFU, you lost. You even posted what Arum said in the video and he basically told your dumbass, that Mayweather's team made more sense on the drug penalty than that ****** little bet Pacquiao try to make. It's a ****** bet because it will nullify the other damages that could be collected, simply because it's a contract that is agreed on what will happen should one of the fighters fail, although there is already one withstanding with a much larger penalty based on a ban from the sport and a open clause for monetary collection.Comment

I give Koncz credit for getting Floyd and Pacquiao to meet because I truly believe he was a driving force in that chance meeting but he comes off as someone not too knowledgeable of what is going on business wise sometimes. Notice though how majority of Pacquiao fans slowly lessened on this thread. It's sad and pathetic they havent understood yet that agreeing to the fine would kill any chance of turning around and suing the party that tested positive for more money they should be thinking arum and floyd camp for telling koncz go sit your dumbass in corner why agree to that when we can sue for purse we was suppose to get if fight was to take placeComment

Exactly. But give that Dolt, Mr. D-checc credit for actually coming up with a semi-logical post. These Pacquiao fans aren't even as smart as a fuggin Rios fan. They ARE THE MOST CANCEROUS GROUP OF PEOPLE IN BOXING. They make Pacquiao annoying due to their undying idiotic ways. I use to like Pacquiao but these guys.. GAWD DAMN, they make your eye open up to how lame Pacquiao actually is by overhyping him. Matthyse fans are bad... But Pacquiao fans are straight gutter garbage.why would you agree to a 5mil fine when you can sue for way more then that jackass if you agree to that and its agreed upon in contract and signed you can't then turn around and sue for more which limits your monetary compensation that's ****** for both parties to agree toLast edited by Brickyardigan; 03-20-2015, 12:55 AM.Comment

It's like the same thing with Pacquiao posting the signed contract after the fight was made. Manny has always been in it to make himself out to be the one that was always about the fans. He just wanted the moral victory but each time it back fired on him.Damn EVEN THIS DOLT who is a RIOS FANBOY shows that he can actually put his small IQ to work and make a logical post.

They finally started to take they blinders off and understand why that would of been a ****** agreement but you'll see the occasional helmet wearing person come on and say mayweather scared to get caughtI give Koncz credit for getting Floyd and Pacquiao to meet because I truly believe he was a driving force in that chance meeting but he comes off as someone not too knowledgeable of what is going on business wise sometimes. I used to like Manny a lot too but his fans make me really annoyed by making dude out like he turns water to wine and can walk on H20.Exactly. Just because you can sue somebody for over 5 million dollars doesn't mean you are going to get that much. Mike Tyson sued don king and was only awarded around 20 million, of which he kept half. He was suing for 100 million dollars.
Ellerbe and co. Are still bitter about Floyd having to pay hush money to pacquiao, an 8 figure settlement which is way more than pacquiao and his lawyers were expecting. This was right after pacquiaos lawyers caught wind of 3 failed drug tests that were given by Floyd mayweather allegedly so they filed in court to get the results of the 3 tests and here comes mayweather with a ridiculously large settlement almost right after they were subpoenaed. If that doesn't arouse any of you Floyd semen gurglers' su****ion there is something that is mentally impairing you from using any critical thinking skills, actually in this case you would just need to have any bit of common sense whatsoever to see that the illegal steroid use by Floyd mayweather was covered up by usada who are never known to actually catch athletes failing a drug screen which is why they are the go to guys for Floyd, meanwhile vada which is what Manny uses actually has reported failed drug tests by fighters and they also would cost the fighters a lot less money. Admit the obvious, Floyd is no longer going by the name of money. He will now be known as Floyd "human growth hormone" Mayweather.Comment

We have no plan on limiting the liability and damages if Manny tested positive, Ellerbe said. They must be worried if they're bringing this up. Essentially, what they're trying to do is put a $5 million price tag if Manny tested positive. It's awfully su****ious to me.
and from this statement you have deduced that there was unlimited liability and damages clause in the contract?
where in the clip did arum said that there was unlimited liability clause in the contract?
arum just said i told koncz and manny believe me if floyd fails we will collect more than 5 million dollars. it was as a reply to what ellerbe said that they want to collect not they are collecting more than 5 million dollar if Pac fails. it is not in the contract yet
nowhere in both the article and the video clips says categorically that there was an unlimited liability clause on the contract.Comment
