wise guy go back to first page you'll see I stated what ellerbe was saying way before video was posted by rollingtide which proves my point about comprehension it doesn't take a rocket science to understand what ellerbe was sayingeven before you presented that youtube clip, my contention was about the reading comprehension that some of the Floyd fans were saying about the article. tell me where is that arum statement in the article?
how could you comprehend something that was not even there?
when i ask about the link or anything that might support the post made by Hanz about unlimited liabilities, it is also very clear that i said make another thread for the and we will discuss it there did i not?
but as of this moment what we are talking discussing or even debating about is the reading comprehension with the presented article and not wit the youtube link you have presented.
see, that's why i said i owned all of those poster here who were talking about reading comprehension when they themselves don;t understand what reading comprehension is in the first place.
can you read comprehend a video and an audio?

How about if you post an article from the web you post it in it's entirety
The rest of this article can be read at ESPN : Dan Rafael
We can have a better understanding of Koncz reasoning and why Ellerbe is very simple and irritating yes manComment

u know what would be awesome? if the fight ends up in a draw with both guys testing positive for something banned after the fight, that way we would get rid of most idiots in this thread.Comment

But Arum sided with Team Mayweather and put the 5Mil penalty to rest. What else is there to touch on?Comment

why would you agree to a 5mil fine when you can sue for way more then that jackass if you agree to that and its agreed upon in contract and signed you can't then turn around and sue for more which limits your monetary compensation that's ****** for both parties to agree tolet me break it down for you simple fools with no reading comprehension
Team Pacquaio wanted to implement a $5 million dollar penalty for a failed Test. Team Mayweather turned it down with the mindset that Team Pacquaio is trying to nullify the actual consequences that comes with a failed test from USADA (like that even matters but thats another conversation).
Team Pacquaio at no point ever said that the $5 million was to replace the standard USADA penalty but was more so to add on to the penalty. Team Pacquaio are from the mindset if you have absolutely nothing to hide then a simple cash penalty would be a non issue.
Essentially all we have here is a PR chess game, Team Pacquaio trying to make it look like Team Mayweather has something to hide by denying the request, and Team Mayweather are trying to flip this lil PR attack back on Team Pacquaio making them look like they are trying to replace the USADA penalty with their own cash penalty instead (which is not the case) as to say Team Pacquaio is worried about getting caught and banned form boxing. So no one really checkmate'd anyone, if anything Team Pacquaio will go for the stalemate as they have nothing to support their request and Team Mayweather have the contracts on their side. So no one really won this battle both subtly accused each other of the exact same thing.Comment

Isn't this the same thing Bob Arum said they said and agreed with for their side as well? Stop it Rath... Please stop beating the dead dog.We have no plan on limiting the liability and damages if Manny tested positive, Ellerbe said. They must be worried if they're bringing this up. Essentially, what they're trying to do is put a $5 million price tag if Manny tested positive. It's awfully su****ious to me.Last edited by GRUSTLER; 03-20-2015, 12:37 AM.Comment

This is the only term that I can think of and call them when I'm on here.why would you agree to a 5mil fine when you can sue for way more then that jackass if you agree to that and its agreed upon in contract and signed you can't then turn around and sue for more which limits your monetary compensation that's ****** for both parties to agree toComment
