Don't get me wrong, he deserves a big fight. He's earned it. But the only big fight he's in position for is Cotto and Canelo. Cotto fight doesn't seem to ever be happening, and as much as I want to see it Canelo-Golovkin has not naturally come to fruition yet. It's at least a year or longer away. Cotto-Canelo will happen before Canelo-Golovkin. Canelo is not going to jump into MW and fight Golovkin. So in the mean time, Golovkin suffers and so do his fans.

GGG fights at 160lbs and if his fight is shown in the U.S. it will be broadcast by HBO per his contact. How is Lara(Haymon fighter) going to fight GGG on HBO at 160lbs if he is staying with Al Haymon and not moving up to 160lbs?
The easiest way would be to get the WBA belt off Danny Jacobs(in house fight) and then force purse bids to get the fight on NBC/Spike/BET/Bounce for a mandatory shot.
Lara will not do that because he is just talking about it.
You are a serious idiot lol
There is no mention of Golovkin in the video.

If you notice, he gets asked the question in English and tries to answer in English, probably not fully understanding the question. Similar to when Golovkin said "Andre Ward is too much for me".

He makes no mention of Golovkin. Just that his weight class is 154. He has stated several times in the past that he'd fight Golovkin. Are you suggesting he turned it down?

      Stop reaching.

true, but i wouldn't say by far, esspecially when he's moving up just to take a beating, murray was more of a threat

again, he should fight andrade, everyone of these lara like guys will jump at the the big dogs ankles, but they should actually buckle down and try to gain some victories

So why did Loeffler state in the video I posted in the OP that the Lara fight can happen next?

Why did he say in the subsequent video I posted that he has a great relationship with Haymon who he's worked with before and there's no impediment to fighting his fighters?

          The fans deserve answers.

Willie Munson Jr = ratings doe

Somewhere along the line the excuse to ignore Lara went from "HBO won't approve Lara doe" to "Haymon won't let Lara fight on HBO doe." Got both bases covered.

              1. Lara has no fan base, outside of us hardcore fans.
              2. There's the chance that Lara runs even more than he did against canelo, and manages to survive the 12 rounds by running, and not throwing.
              3. We would hear the excuse that "GGG is fighting a Jr middleweight doe"
              4. When golovkin beats him,he'll go from being gggs "toughest test till date" to " Lara was a bum doe, when is GGG gunna fight somone with a pulse?".

Look dirk,I don't like this fight either, but at least GGG is fighting, and not sitting on a shelf, hoping that someone mans up to fight him. And trust me dirk,Lara was just blowing hot air. He doesn't want GGG,and he's just trying to get back into the spotlight,by calling out names. If by 2016,GGG hasn't fought a big name, ill join you on your opinion, that the GGG myth is more hype than substance.

Murray was not really a threat, just someone to stand up for longer than most of the bums GGG has been facing. He has a decent defence and was tough. That's it. It was more of a case of how long he could last.

Lara actually moves well and is a terrific counter-puncher. Something Golovkin apparently requested for this fight.

How is the fight going to happen if he isn't moving to 160?
GGG isn't going to 154 to fight Lara.
That video was from March 8th of this year. As of 9 days ago, Lara is staying at 154lbs. Those are his words.
The WBA MW belt is right there for Lara. He would be 1 win away from forcing this fight that he supposedly wants. He will not do that though because he is staying at JMW and he does not want to fight Golovkin.
