I sincerely doubt Stevenson's chin can hold up to Sergei's power, BUT if it does, Kovalev could find himself in a bit of trouble. Stevenson is faster and hits harder than Pascal, plus he's a southpaw.
Something I found interesting was how Jean was hurting Sergei to the body. Kova's a beast, but he's not invincible.

kovalev gets dropped by pascal and they stop the fight in favor of kovalev! have you ever in your life seen such a thing! hopefully it will be overturned to a ko win for pascal. i mean the guy was celebrating by jumping into the ropes and the ref thought he was hurt? bollocksLast edited by daggum; 03-15-2015, 01:35 AM.

Thats not how the sport works.

We had a superman sighting last night I see . I really don't see Stevenson having much for this guy . Stevenson always is looking for that one hitter quitter and if it doesn't come his power wanes tremendously in later rounds . That's the difference between Kovalev and damn near everyone else , Kovalev's power nor his stamina wanes whereas almost every else's seems to . So ur not fighting against just tremendous power , ur fighting against tremendous circumspect power and stamina that never wanes . If Stevenson doesn't knock him out cold in the first 4 rounds , he's finished . Ward is the only one I know who can possibly beat Kovalev because his power and stamina doesn't wane either . But him moving to 174 may be unrealistic any time soon
