Apparently you have serious reading comprehensions issues. I didn't say anything about full impact or less impact. Go back and attempt to read and comprehend. I'll educate you, if a bullet bounces off of 5 surfaces and hits a cat in the head, it does not mean the bullet had full impact but it still landed flush. You really are clueless. Flush means the hit did not just glance or near miss or barely touch. Not that difficult of a concept to grasp.

Camera work was awful in the last 30 seconds of the fight.

It was actually awful the whole night, because Pabon has no idea how the cameras work, he was infront of the camera during most of the action.

Kovalev got rocked going for the kill in the 3rd round, and was visibly shook several times in the fight, if he would have carelessly walked into one of Pascals wild haymakers, it could have changed the fight around again, and Pascal has shown throughout his career nothing if not the ability to come back and come back firing when he is hurt.

Marquez always got his chance, why didn't Pascal?

Also, very poor officiating, when he sends them to the neutral corners, he should have not resumed action with kovalev in the center of the ring.

P.S. Pascal should have been credited with a knockdown.

Kovalev is definitely a mammoth puncher, but one thing I noticed is that when he lands a big punch it's usually part of a combination and two more hard punches immediately follow it, that's what really fcks up his opponents.

The ones that really hurt Pascal the worst were actually his short hooks I think. They started off almost every instance of Pascal being in trouble. Especially at the end of the 7th round.

The way Pascal was wobbling around the ring after Kovalev got up really tells the story of why it was stopped, those last two punches were brutal and Pacal does not need to be carried out of the ring in front of his daughter. She should not have been there, not old enough to handle that kind of violence.

WARD HAS WORLD CLASS JAB AND DISTANCE KEEPING SKILLS..along with a shoulder on the inside game...kovalev will get schooled and be looking for one big right hand all night long..he is a great figther tho..pascal showed a jab at time and kovalev did not like it..the head movement was kovalevs biggest prob..ward wont go to high guard in the fashion that pascal did..

This lion's energy was gone, even if he threw I'm not sure there would have been much on the punches due to fatigue. It was getting dangerous, Pabon did the right thing imo.

Its not sour G****s, I like Kovalev, and dislike Pascal, I am just not biased.

Pascal clipped Kovalev with a hook when he came in to finish him, Kovalev was square and off balance, but would not have gone down without the punch.

It wasn't a slip or a fall, he went down because he was punched, that is the definition of a knockdown.

He wasn't hurt, or even buzzed, but he was still knocked down. An off balance knockdown is still a knockdown, even if the guy that just knocked you down is out on his feet.
