ODH, a 154 lbs fighter chose to fight pacquiao, a 135 lbs fighter at 147 lbs. Not the same situation.

I'm not talking about weight. No one considers Pacquaio's win over Oscar to be "legendary" in boxing terms but it helped Pacquaio become a star.

No one even considers Cotto to be that good. He has name value plus the championship and that's clearly why Golovkin's people want that fight.

Cotto was already a star when he beat Sergio.

It doesn't matter how we perceive Cotto at 160 (Undersized or whatever) If he fights GGG the world will watch. Like Pac beating up a well past it Oscar(Drained).

We **** on that win now. But it still helped Pac become a star.

Cotto is not a middleweight, he needs to vacate his title and go back to 154. None of us have even said it would be a competitive fight because we all know it would be less than a sparring session for Golovkin.
