Posters keep talking about all the things Manny does. I haven't seen anyone mention how Floyd has made every opponent reduce their punch output and connect %..

Floyd does this with movement and well placed counters that score. Posters keep referring to power, but power is not something the judges score.

If Manny keeps throwing, he will keep getting hit just like all of Floyd's opponents. I'm interested to see what Manny does when this happens.

Of course they judge power...they judge based on effectiveness as well as accuracy. A punch that does damage will be graded differently than a potshot.

manny can throw a fast little combo left hand rigtht hook
and then step out of range.

this is how he os going to win in my opinion. chasing floyd around
the ring isnt going to be effective. Floyd wont sit on the ropes and wait
for mannys fast flurries to land.

manny is a fantastic boxer. only press floyd when he is on the retreat.
but hold the center of the ring

Pacquiao will win the beginning, the end and the middle parts of the fight

Please go review how to score a fight. Show me where a judge is told to score a power punch more than a jab.

I think they judge more on the sharpness of the punches. Floyd's connects usually snap his opponent's head. And he also has the amateurish of stepping back and flashing his glove to show the judges he landed. On the flip side his opponents often don't get full credit for landing on him because Floyd almost always rolls with punches. And even when he rolls a tad late and eats the punch. He gives the impression that most of the sting aas taken outta the punch.

There is no rulebook for judging. If power punches did not matter it wouldn't exist next to.jabs in a compubox. Judging is subjective to a certain degree.

Now maybe you could argue that isn't the same Pacquiao in 2015 but there is no way Floyd could do that to Margarito, ever. Pacquiao is definitely the stronger of the two. Speed and Strength advantage = Pacquiao.
Once again this is a terrible comparison. Margarito was trash, and a stand still opponent! He was also slow as dirt! Floyd is not as big as Margarito but is way more skilled than him. People are use to seeing Floyd fight bigger opponents, but when he was fighting guys his size or smaller he put a real bearing on them! I don't think PAC can bully Floyd! I do feel that he could catch Floyd being over aggressive which could pay dividends, but that's the only way I see PAC winning. I don't see PAC running through Floyd at all

Maybe it's just me, but I noticed Thurman's guard is wide open.

He also has a tendency to drop his left.

Congratulations! Your growing up! This is the most unbiased post that I've ever seen you put up! This I can deal with! Now idef don't see PAC koing Floyd within 4! Hell no! I don't see it in the 9th either! Now I can see PAC catching him with something big! But the only way I see PAC winning is by SD for volume punching or with a big shot which I doubt!
