Nuthuggers will always exist. Have you ever seen those tapes of The Beatles when some of their fans are 'literally consumed' by their idol's presence? 'Possessed' is the right term if I'm not mistaken.

Just imagine if the internet existed during the late 80's when Mike Tyson unified the titles or when Julio Cesar Chavez was at his peak in the early 90's. At this age, I think Pac-mania has reached that 'GODLY' status. Yes, it is annoying but can you blame them?

I say just let the nuthuggers be. They're just a bunch of bandwagon fans and when their fighters eventually lose, then they will be gone as well.

Im Armenian, and although I enjoy watching all sorts of fights and fighters, it is the success of Armenian boxers that interest me most.

Being such a small minority here in the US, we as a people feel that we must always support each other and back one another up to move up in this world.
I try not to be biased and i tell it like it is, cuz so far my favorite 3 fighters, of whom 2 i know personally are all undefeated and either at the top of their game or getting there.

1) Vic Darchinyan (good friend) - IBF & IBO World Flyweight Champion
2) Arthur Abraham - IBF Middleweight World Champion
3) Vanes Martirosyan (my cousin) - (7-0 4KOs) trained by Freddie Roach and promoted by Top Rank and Bob Arum. Also represented the USA in the 2004 Athens Olympics

i started off that way, i think a lot of people do. years ago - i'm at a point now that if you're a boxer and interest me w/ a story, personality or any other thing that we have in common - and a good fighter, i end up liking them like if they were puerto rican fighters.

non pr fighters that i love watching that i love like pr fighters include mab, pac and julio diaz to name a few.
