So you telling me I should just believe that Manny had been signed (weeks ago) and left the date field blank?

When I bought houses I have been called back to the realtors office for not filling in the date before they could send off what I either intialed or signed off on. So don't act like the date field being empty is something trivial cause it not contracts of this magnitude.

Basically what I am saying is both Floyd and Manny are proven liars so why do so many keep trying to act like one side tells the truth more so than the other?

They both lie so why not just discuss things that can be factually proven?
