I gained so much respect for both Thurman and Guerrero last night, as well as for their attitude and sportsmanship after the fight. They are both champions in my book.

I hope enough people stayed tuned in after the broner molina farce to see why boxing is the greatest, purest sport in the world.

we see what happened when Guerrero put pressure on Thurman, he didn't seem to like it too much.

Let's not forget, Thurman had a HUGE welt on his head. There was the possibility of something happening and the fight getting stopped due to that thing.

Thurman is alright. he's mos def above average but i wouldnt crown him just yet. you wanna crown him, go ahead.

The problem with good, black fighters is that the casual fan will never support them. the casual fan likes your delahoya's, canelo's and pacquiaos of the world. even guerrero has that "family man with a cancer survivor wife." casual fans will never get behind an above average black fighter. he'd have to be world class. after last night's great effort, i saw a semi gassed fighter who failed to ko a broken down guerrero and even ran around to kill time. Casual fans like KO'S!!

Now next time i tune in to watch danny garcia vs peterson.... if i have to hear al michaels call another fight, i might shoot myself in the head. He was annoying as fawcck!
