He shouldve just retired after the Martinez fight imo. He couldve went out on top! Now, he's looking like he's avoiding Canelo(even fight) & Triple G(who whips his ass)

Exactly his entire image has been in the gutter for years he was lucky to restore some glamour back catching Martinez at the right time but now he has once again dragged him image back in the gutter.

Cotto is actually taking his promotional business seriously, unlike other boxers' like Marquez Promotions, MP Promotions, etc. His boxers are really not bad. Not very good, but not bad. Saw Cotto in the audience before his bout with Sergio Martinez. I realized his boxer is in one of the undercards. I also see his fighters fight on SHOBOX occasionally.

Great move by Roc Nation. Cotto fills the seats in New York, and brings his stable of fighters to the table to be used for Roc Nation events. Now they just need to sign a Heavyweight, Light Heavyweight, and Bantamweight so they can compete in more divisions. Say what you want, but now they have a top fighter in Ward and a top superstar in Cotto. I'd be willing to bet that more dominoes will fall in their favor by the end of the year.

This is true, no one can knock him for advancing his promotional business. Maybe someone can tell me why but a lot of boxers have their own promotional companies but really really put a halfass effort into building that business.

I think its a dumb move for Cotto. Prolly gets his ppls paid more but I dont see this pact lasting a long time.

RNS has crap for fighters and while Miguel has better fighters, they arent main****** enough for anyone to care about. No one could care about Ward, so Im glad they dumped money for absolutely no reason, Ward aint bringing them no more money.

Cotto if he fights Khan, cool, but I doubt Haymon lets it happen. So where is he fighting? Fox Sports? If Todd wants to block them from HBO Im sure he can, Haymon owns Espinoza and Showtime at the moment..........just dont understand why he made this choice, shouod have stayed a Free Agent
