At least when it comes down to it Rios will fight whoever whenever, but Cotto did a 360 now running his ass scared of the beat down that was awaiting him if he ever fights Canelo. ...well if Cotto's goal is to get paid, then I really hope he gets paid and honestly good for him...the man has fought everyone put in front of him and I'd just hate to see that change now....and again, hope he fights a legit ranked MW for the 160 belt (if h even plans to stick around at that weight).....

Cotto is actually taking his promotional business seriously, unlike other boxers' like Marquez Promotions, MP Promotions, etc. His boxers are really not bad. Not very good, but not bad. Saw Cotto in the audience before his bout with Sergio Martinez. I realized his boxer is in one of the undercards. I also see his fighters fight on SHOBOX occasionally.

Cotto Promotions would've folded by now if Top Rank hadn't come in and saved them. Every decent fighter he has was originally with TR. Verdejo, Vasquez Jr., Wonder Boy Lopez, Gamalier Rodriguez. Cotto should be showing some gratitude instead of throwing Todd DuBoef under a bus. Arum and Duboef are the ones who built his career and his promotional company.

The Wbc is a joke letting this guy sit and hold the belt for a year by the time he plans to defend it on june, they should be ashamed of themselves. Whenever he plans to fight again he better defend it against a legit true middleweight and not make a fighter move up from the 154 or 147 weight class, if not vacate the belt. Cotto has done a lot of great things in his career, but he simply doesn't belong in this weight class and i doubt he will ever fight Golovkin.
