This is the problem with boxing today. Top fighters shouldnt be "forced" to fight the next best guy, they should be willingly taking these fights to actually PROVE they are the best.

        2. Reminder - that the fight is on May 2nd if things go wrong it may not happen. then the statement the fight is not going to happen becomes right. which makes you now wrong if you happen to make an statement that the fight is going to happen since it is not.

        3. But the problem is Oscar followed up his statement that the reason fight is going to happen is that Floyd was forced to do it which make both statement right. Because again those two statement don't contradict each other. Botj statement compliment each other.

Look at number 2. You are wrong there, because between now and May 2nd things may go awry for let say injury or something. But if you followed up your statement with Floyd got a changed of heart and the fight is not happening then you will be right.

This will be my final explanation that's it!
The point is, and always was, that following statement 1 with statement 2 doesn't make statement 1 any less wrong. No getting around it. You can bring in ifs buts and maybes if it makes you feel better. But saying something isn't going to happen, only to focus on the reason why you were wrong, not the fact you were wrong, is lame and childish. Choose not respond but it won't change that you laughed before you looked (and understood).

        Now, about those questions......

Why is this fight such a good deal for Team Pacquiao now, when they walked from a better one before (they still have to do testing, right?). Would they be forgiven if they walked again for the same reason?
They never walked from any deal. They agreed to test up to 3 weeks before the fight and immediately after. Floyd refused. The next time was the 40 million offer which was refused because it didn't include any ppv money so could not be considered a "better" offer. Typical lying idiot trying to rewrite history.

Everybody including Skip Bayless wants to take credit for making this fight, lol. What's your excuse for Canelo-Kirkland then? The fans want Canelo-GGG!

Freddie Roach disagrees with you. He categorically said the first breakdown was their fault. Why do it now for less money than you would've got before? And would people agree with Team Pacquiao walking for same reason as the first time? Granted, after that Mayweather has been a ****** diva and Arum an habitual liar.

I don't think Manny was Floyds 1st choice. To much pressure from to many angles. If he didn't take the fight he wouldn't have had any excuses.

It's not less money than the 40 million offer. And the first round of negotiations Floyd was expecting Manny to agree to terms that had never been requested of any boxer before, so they had every right to resist and negotiate. Floyd wanted up to 2 weeks before and Manny said a month. Manny eventually agree to 3 weeks before and a test immediately after the fight. Floyd walked away. Whether Roach thinks they should've taken it now doesn't change the fact that it was Floyd who walked away and was making demands that had never been previously made, and at that time they were both A-sides so Manny had no reason to concede.
